Biography

Dr. Sagar received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Manipal College of Medical Sciences and completed his post-graduation from Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology. His special interests are Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery, Phacoemulsification, Cornea Surgery , Refractive Surgery , Community Eye Care and conducting Outreach Microsurgical Eye Clinics(OMEC).
